Owned application architecture, UI, state management, API integration, and UX across the dashboard and the widget.

Built knowledge-base management with PDF/DOCX/TXT uploads, URL crawling, Q&A creation, progress tracking, validation, and error handling.

Implemented Supabase auth and onboarding, protected workflows, environment management, and API-key driven CRUD.

Created KPI dashboards, Recharts visualisations, conversation transcripts, and CSAT insights.

Built a configurable chat widget with message history, branding, citations, session persistence, and an IIFE bundle served through Cloudflare Workers.

Added a browser-side page-content capture pipeline that handles SPA route changes, cleans markup, deduplicates captures, and feeds ingestion.
